I would highly recommend Randy for your ground transportation! He picked up two babies in Indiana and delivered one to PA and the other to NY to their new families! His trip was NOT an easy one as he was hit with Lake effect snow in IN, and then OH, and was driving in it throughout the rest of his trip to deliver. He kept in contact and our babies were well cared for! We will use him again!!!

I have used Purrfect Pet Delivery multiple times now within a 3 year span. My dogs were well cared for during and upon arriving safety to there destinations. Randy made extra efforts to send me pics of my dogs during route and even after the delivery was made he sent me arrival pics/video. Transporting people's loved fur babies miles across country and states is an enormous amount of responsibility. Randy takes this on with solidarity and a true dedicated heart!

After calling several shipping companies and getting the run around he got back in touch with me and he delivered on time thank you so much.

Randy brought our puppy Willow home to us yesterday 12/14/17. My family and I cannot thank him enough. Randy drove through snow and lots of back country roads to reach us. First Rate Delivery service! A horrible ordeal turned into a amazing introduction. Waiting for my girl to be delivered from FL for 3 months (I live in VT). Constant issues and trouble with the original hauler- she once again couldn't follow through with the delivery- she found Randy- I cant say enough about the communication! As soon as the first text came through it was constant updates and reassurance. He sent pictures to put me at ease. Although the original contract was to my door- Randy had a trip out to western NY, I offered to meet him. When he pulled in with my girl she was happy and content. Great conversation with about the business of hauling as this was my first ever experience. A terrible ordeal turned into the most delightful meeting! Best of luck to you Randy! I was very nervous and hesitant to have a stranger transport my cat and I have to say it was an amazing experience! Randy and his team took perfect care of my kitty, kept in contact with me the entire time and even sent photos of her along the way. She arrived safe and happy. I just had a client use this service. Dog arrived safe and sound and within the time specified. According to my client she was in great condition and well taken care of. Shippers were pleasant and the dog arrived safe n sound. As ground shipping goes this was my best experience hands down and Ive used quite a few. Only area of improvement would be on communication (nothing serious just a few bumps to iron out) but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a ground shipping service. Thank you the cat got here safely the next day and I loved how friendly and cool Randy is!! My cat was in a large cage with a cat box and food!
